A Rich Menu is a customizable menu bar that appears at the bottom of the chat screen in a LINE Official Account. It allows customers to easily view and interact with your brand by tapping on the menu directly within the chat.

Business owners can personalize the layout, images, and actions of each button to suit their needs.

You can embed up to 6 links one link per button to drive users to specific pages or features seamlessly.

There are 5 available action types for each Rich Menu button:

• Link Opens a specified URL or landing page
• Text Sends a predefined message to the user
• Coupon Displays a LINE coupon
• Loyalty Card Shows a point collection card for repeat visits
• None No action assigned (can be updated later)
