Job Description
- Design advertising materials and content for online marketing (Social Media, Website, Banners, Ads)
- Create Key Visuals, Infographics, Branding designs, and Motion Graphics (if skilled)
- Design print materials such as Print Ads, Brochures, and Packaging according to client requirements
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and AE teams to interpret briefs and deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives
- Develop new and innovative design concepts that are modern and aligned with current market trends
- Ensure accuracy, consistency, and high quality in all graphic outputs before delivery to clients
- Handle additional design-related tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Age under 35, with at least 2 years of experience as a Graphic Designer
- Bachelors degree in Communication Design, Graphic Design, or related fields
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Strong creativity with the ability to think systematically in design
- Solid understanding of Branding and Digital Marketing
- Ability to produce at least 3 banner ad designs per day (excluding revisions)
- Capable of working under pressure and open to constructive feedback
- Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with AE and Marketing teams
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines without dropping work unexpectedly (including weekends/holidays)
- Proficient in computer systems and operating software (OS)
- Comfortable commuting and working in an environment with cats
