Service Terms & Conditions

1. The quoted price does not include 7% VAT. For corporate clients, a 3% withholding tax deduction is applicable.
2. The package includes up to 3 rounds of design revisions.
3. Any additional revisions beyond the stated limit (Overdraft) will be charged at 500 THB per revision, depending on the complexity of the requested changes.
4. If the number of pages exceeds the quoted amount, additional charges will apply based on page count, content type, and complexity.
5. The company will schedule the graphic design work only after the client has signed to confirm the accuracy of the draft content and layout (Confirm Layout & Content).
6. The quoted price does not include photography, videography, translation, or graphic map design. These services will be quoted separately based on the complexity of the work.
7. After the client has signed to confirm the content and the design work has begun, if more than 50% of the content is changed, an additional 30% of the total project cost will be charged, as the team will need to rework the entire project.
8. If the client confirms the graphic design but later requests content or detail changes exceeding 50% of the total content, an additional 50% of the total project cost will be charged, as the team will need to rework the entire project.
9. For urgent projects requiring completion within 7 business days, an additional fee of 1,000 THB per project will be applied.
