PACKAGE BRAND CHARACTER DESIGN

Initial Meeting & Briefing

Discuss the concept and details that the client requires.

Clients can provide sample references for the team to review.

Finalize the appropriate Mood & Tone that aligns with the brand to create a clear design framework.

Quotation & Payment

Sales team provides a quotation based on the project scope.

Clients are required to make 100% upfront payment before the project begins.

Proof of payment must be sent for the Accounting Department to issue an official receipt/tax invoice.

Design & Revision

Design will proceed according to the confirmed draft approved by the client.

Up to 3 rounds of revisions are included.

Any additional revisions beyond the limit will incur a fee of 500 THB per revision, depending on the complexity of the changes.

Final File Delivery

Deliverables include: Original source file (.ai) and exported files (.png, .jpeg) suitable for websites and social media.

Files will be delivered via Google Drive, Email, or LINE Group.
