In recent years, AI has no longer been just a “tool to assist with work.” It is increasingly becoming a “teammate” that thinks, analyzes, and creates alongside humans. The term AI, therefore, is not only about advanced technology. It represents a new way of working—one that creates space for people to experiment, apply, share, and systematically develop how they work together with AI.

Good work is not measured only by achievements or completed goals, but begins with how people feel in their everyday working lives. A sense of comfort, trust, and knowing that someone is there for you are key factors that help teams move forward with confidence and stability. With this belief, RADA created the RADA Buddy Take Care initiative to foster a sincere and supportive space within the team.

The end of the year is a special time for reflection, appreciation, and sharing positive feelings with one another.
